Hi, I'm Vendredi, the photographer behind Doce Photography. I'm based in Calgary, and I specialize in capturing authentic, emotive moments for families, couples, and small businesses. I started my photography journey when my oldest daughter turned 1. I picked up a camera to capture memories of her, and I stumbled upon this thing called brand repping. It was a blast! I got to take so many photos of her and create memories that still make me smile. Soon, people started asking me to take photos of their families, and I realized I had a knack for capturing authentic moments and making kids feel at ease.

Oh, and did I mention I’ve been a Photoshop wiz for over 10 years? I’m one of those people who loves to create, and photography became the perfect outlet for me. When I get the chance to have full creative control over a session, capturing those genuine moments for families, it lights me up. I get to help them see the beauty that their family sees in each other, and that’s what makes this work so fulfilling.
